- Final cleaning is 5,000 ₽ once per stay, charged separately and shown before you confirm the booking.
- Deposit
- A refundable deposit of 50,000 ₽ is paid at check-in and returned on departure if there is no damage.
- Cancellation
- Free cancellation 7+ days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled 3–6 days before. No refund under 3 days.
- Check-in / out
- Check-in from 3 PM, check-out by noon. Early/late by arrangement.
- Children
- Children welcome. Cot and high chair on request.
