Meet & greet
The manager meets you in person at the entrance, shows the apartment and explains the house and the neighbourhood. Early check-in and late check-out by arrangement.
Transfer
A business-class car or minibus from Pulkovo, the railway station or around town. Greeting at the exit with a sign, fixed price with no surge.
Breakfast & catering
Breakfast delivered to your schedule, full catering for a group, a private chef for the evening. Hot dishes arrive ready — nothing to cook.
Private dining & celebrations
A dinner in the grand hall: table setting, bar, bartender, florals. For birthdays, anniversaries or business evenings.
Tickets & culture
Mariinsky and Mikhailovsky theatres, the Hermitage, private guided tours, Neva boat trips, bridge openings. We book, you pay on the day.
In-apartment SPA
The Panoramic apartment has a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. Massage and spa treatments with a visiting therapist on request.
Piano evening
Both apartments have a tuned grand piano. We can invite a pianist for the evening — live music for dinner or a special occasion.
Housekeeping & errands
Scheduled cleaning, laundry and dry cleaning, grocery delivery, flowers on arrival — so you only have to relax.
24/7 support
The manager is on WhatsApp and Telegram around the clock — from a question about the apartment to a restaurant reservation.
