A corporate evening, an anniversary or a birthday for 8–12 people — a format where a restaurant banquet hall almost always loses. Apartments are a different story: your own home for the evening, only your guests, a kitchen at your disposal, a grand piano in the corner, a sauna afterwards.

Events we host

• Birthdays and anniversaries — up to 12 people, with dinner, a programme and, optionally, an overnight stay
• Private corporate evenings — a team or department, dinner and conversation with no strangers around
• Hen and stag parties — privacy, the SPA area, delivery, a programme on request
• Photo and video shoots — the baroque hall, the gold room, the bronze bedroom
• Small conferences and presentations — up to 15 seated in the hall, the kitchen for coffee breaks

What we help organise

• Catering — hot dishes, cold starters, desserts from trusted suppliers
• Bar and drinks — purchasing to a list, a bartender on request
• Photographer and video — people who know the light in these halls
• Decor — florals, balloons, candles, a photo zone
• Music — a Bluetooth speaker with a playlist, a DJ on request
• Transfers and morning-after cleaning

House rules

• Loud music until 23:00; after that — a quiet gathering
• Smoking on the balconies only
• No pyrotechnics, confetti cannons or sparklers
• Overnight guests registered in advance (by passport)

Lead time

Book an event 2–4 weeks ahead so we can arrange catering, decor and contractors. Pricing is the apartment rental for the format you need plus contractor services — calculated individually, no fixed packages.
